Our Motorhome is performing just marvelously in now quite extreme conditions. The heating system is proving itself every day as temperatures are dropping below zero now almost every night. Liz is about to send you an amazing photo of our Esprit covered in snow. The snow was so thick that we were stranded for over 6 hours along with other road users. We were going to be towed out but managed to reverse through the snow to where the snow plows had cleared part of the road. Just as well as when I went to screw on the eye bolt to attach the tow rope it was too short and could not be screwed into the thread behind the front bumper bar!
When next in Christchurch, I will ask UCC if they have the proper attachment. Hope all is well with you and your good people in Howick.
Kindest regards David & Liz
Impressed that the motorhome made it out OK. We will check our tow eye as well 🙂
